WHY APPLE PRODUCTS ARE EXPENSIVE?

Apple is the brand which makes many products like iPod, iPhone, iMac, MacBook, apple watch, ipad and Airpods and these products are expensive and luxuries also. Most people want to buy apple products because their performance is good and represent our status also. But you ever think why apple products are expensive and raise their prices continuously but people still buy these products. Why? In this blog, I cover reasons why apple products are expensive?

1. PRICE FOR THE LOGO

Apple become a big luxury tech brand of the world (2^nd largest tech company) so if you buy a apple product then you need to pay more money only for name of apple or apple logo in our gadget. Most luxury companies do the same technique also. Apple products are very good and their performance is also at high speed but if you buy a very expensive iPhone like 10 Xs Max  then you can see a difference between apple and other products of other company but does not show a great gap. Hence, Apple products don’t justify their value.

2. HIGH PROFIT MARGIN

Apple always keep their profit margin high like selling their products at double price of original cost or manufacturing cost and there are so many reason behind this. In my glance, there are two main reason are

a)         THE DECLINING SALES OF APPLE

 From 2018 sales of fall every country in which it is but to stay on the top and keep their company as a world richest company, company have only a one way and that is raising their price and remain uninfected but this problem starts with raising their price.

b) MONEY SPENT ON ADVERTISEMENT

IF you ever go to the apple store and think about that then you saw that structure of shop was too good  and the place were shop exist is counted a  expensive piece of land because due to location of that land. Apple stores are in big size and money spent by apple in advertisement is also high compared to other brands. If apple spent too much on advertisement then those money must paid by us means customers.

3.                     APPLE NEVER COMPROMISE ON QUALITY

If you ever see the parts which is used to make apple products and compared to other brands then you can see that parts are of good quality and long durable parts and due to this coordination between software and hardware is too good in any product of apple and this give a long live to the apple products.

4.                      APPLE CREATEs A  ECOSYSTEM

If buy a any apple product then you are now a part of apple and you also attracted towards other apple products and this is biggest advantage of apple. This happens because your one apple product is connected to other apple product and synchronization and connection speed of apple products are too good like your iPhone is connected to your watch and MacBook and your ipad also. And apple knew this advantages and this give the allowance to the apple to raise their prices.

5.                      cost of software

If you use android then you know that cost of android is almost negligible but in the case of apple software this is not true. Apple develops it software from scratch and give too many services like safari, apple maps, apple music etc. and for running services and improve them continuously is important and this is also a reason of high cost.

6.                      Research and development

Apple spends too much on research and development sector as we know. Apple is one of company who spends too much on their processor and their hardware device like camera, screen, advanced face sensor etc. other physical qualities like water and mud resistance, true retina display and overall phone structure. CONCLUSION: Apple products are really too great but their prices are also high and if you are a true fan of apple then prices did not matter too much. Specs of apple and their display makes apple a great product and improve quality too. Hence, there are uniqueness that make apple a luxury and first trillion dollar company of the world. It depends on you to decide that apple is good or bad in comparison of their price.
